Advertised a Grand Cherokee on Autotrader and on Ingram Park website for $25,555. I clicked buy it now, submitted offer, spoke with them and after several phone calls they raised the price to $40,000 plus TT&L !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Avoid this dealership! We recently bought a car from them and we ended paying more than the asking price! I thought I was paying the sticker price or less. After a couple of days after I realized we paid more than the original asking price, I was in shock. I attempted to return the vehicle under their hassle free return policy within 3 days and was denied. I will never do business with them. And any person. I talk to that is considering buying a car, I will tell them to skip IPAC. And I will share my story with them.
Unethical sales practices! Saw an advertisement online and went in after speaking to someone online. The sales person brought the car over and the MSRP on the sticker was 20k dollars more than the car online! The dealers final price was almost 30k more than the price online. I waited for it a couple of hours or so, but it was done as expeditiously as possible..I appreciated that. Worst dealership in San Antonio Area!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!! You will be disappointed!!! They are great at selling you a lemon, but once you have an issue with the vehicle do not expect the same customer service actually do not even expect a call back. We are stuck paying on a car that is currently sitting in service.
